Shipping & Handling

At RestWave Lab, your order is our priority. We ship hundreds of products daily to customers worldwide. Please note that since most of our warehouses are located overseas, next-day delivery is not available.

Processing Time
Once payment is received, we immediately forward your order to our supplier for confirmation, custom quality inspection, and packaging. This process may take an additional 1–4 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time
This is the time required for your order to travel from our supplier’s warehouse to your destination. Standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check your order status directly on our website (with a link to the tracking page). Please note that while most carriers provide tracking services, tracking may not always be available in all cases.
